Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies or a bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
sour cream, shredded cheese and oyster crackers for garnishment
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a Crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with the sour cream, shredded cheese and oyster crackers.
