Ingredients

1 stick butter

2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped celery

2 (4 ounce) cans mushrooms, with juice

2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth

• 1 teaspoon celery salt

• 1 teaspoon dried sage, crumbled

• 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

• 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled

• 1/4 teaspoon salt

• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 (7 ounce) bags bread, cubes

2 eggs, well beaten

Preparation

Saute onion and celery in butter until onions are translucent.

Spray crock pot with cooking spray.

Mix all ingredients well in bowl and transfer to and pack in crock pot.

Cook on low 4-8 hours.
