Ingredients
3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 tearspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup chicken stock
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in 4 quart crockpot; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked. Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles.
