Ingredients
1 beef roast
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
6 smaller sweet potatoes
1 crockpot cooking bag
Preparation
Wash sweet potatoes and wrap each one in foil. Put roast in bag with onion soup mix on top. Put roast on sweet potatoes which have been placed in the bottom of the crockpot. Cook for 8-10 hours.
