Colby Cheese Fondue Recipe
Ingredients 11/2 C dry Fiesling or Pinot Grigio wine 1 lbs. Colby cheese-shredded (4cusp) 1/2t garlic powder 1/4 t salt 1/4 t black pepper 1/4 t cayenne pepper Pinch nutmeg 3 T cornstarch 3 T water 1 sourdough baguette or 1 plain baguette cut in bite size-chunks 2 sweet apples-Gala or Golden delicious cored and sliced Preparation Bring wine to a simmer in medium non-aluminum pan over medium heat.
