Ingredients potatoes
butter
bacon grease
seasonings ( including salt and pepper) ice cubes
foil
a sharp knife
Preparation Take a large baking potatoe wash, rub down with bacon grease or butter season the entire peal rub in, then cut lenght wise and 2-3 times across, drop a couple pats of butter and seasonings in the potatoe, close up best you can , make a foil bowl set potatoe slice side up in foil, put3-4 ice cubes in around the potatoe and close up foil tightly where no creases or seams will leak the water and butter, place directly in coals while heating coals and cooking , make them the last thing you pull, move them around in coals a few time, and if it gets to hot move up to grate to conintue cookin!...
