Ingredients 1/4 head (1 pound) green cabbage 2 carrots, grated 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/3 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon cider vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon celery seed 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper Preparation Shred cabbage with a sharp knife.
