Ingredients 1lb Coconut 1 tin Condensed Milk 2 cups sugar Red food colouring Preparation Mix the coconut and condensed milk together and preferably leave overnight in the fridge. Roll your coconut mixture into separate little balls and place to one side. Now grab 2 cups of sugar and a teaspoon of red food colouring and place on a low heat until everything is melted.
